Return & Exchange Policies

Damaged or Incorrect Products Faulty goods and orders that are processed incorrectly by Body Pro Supplements can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened and in the original packaging, when we receive the goods we will gladly exchange the product and credit you with the postage cost you have incurred.

 

Incorrect Purchase If you have made a mistake when placing your order, Body Pro Supplements will gladly exchange your product within 7 days, as long as the product is undamaged and un-open. You will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned goods must be in their original packaging, enclosed with a copy of the receipt and in excellent re-saleable condition. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.
